Do they?

Ladies, do you care what a man wears, how he dresses, is it important to you?

What item of clothing or footwear, if any, is a definite no-no to you, a real deal breaker?

The West

When you consider how much effort a woman can go to to look and feel her best, the thirty minutes it takes me to find a clean shirt and trim my beard really feels like the bare minimum.

I love the little ritual of getting dressed up to meet, even if the clothes don't last long on. It shows consideration and a bit of effort.

I really don't like tan shoes

Burgundy or black!!

There and Here

"Old man" clothes would be a big turn off for me. Also ill-fitting suits and suits out of context...like if someone dressed up for a coffee meet in suit. Poorly fitting jeans bother me more than they really should.

I like a man who dresses as cool as I do who can carry off something a little unusual, who knows instinctively how to dress & what suits him, and isn't bound by convention or what others think.

Tell me about it lol when I cross dressed I took nearly two hours, shaving my legs and body etc, shower, fake tan, makeup, then deciding what to wear lol I just needed a break.

I learnt a lot about men too lol and their misunderstanding of how long it takes, one slight wrong stroke with eyeshadow or lipstick....it's chaos lol

As a bloke who spends most of his time in workwear, I like to dress up a little weather its for a coffee meet or just a night in the local

I once said on here that I would never wear a suit to a coffee meet because it could appear pretentious and I wouldn't be comfortable.

The only expectation I have when meeting someone for the first time is that they are relaxed and comfortable in what they are wearing and not putting on a show.

I stand by what I said and in the past if I was meeting straight after work I always took my jacket and tie off.

For some unknown reason a few people read that as me telling everyone else what they should or shouldn't wear.

I'm a huge believer in people wearing whatever they want and whatever makes them feel good. And if you're meeting someone for the first time, feeling relaxed and comfortable is important.

I dress for myself, and I admire the same in others.
