Crest whitening strips from drugstores in the States are the best. You can buy them on line here, but they are not the same potency. I have tried other 'professional" and at home kits here and nothing compares. |

I got moulds made for my teeth and then used carbamide peroxide.
Wasn't a DIY job. It was an offer in the dentist for €200. They are still very white over a year later .. |

It's not a procedure really. Well they just take a mould of your teeth which doesn't take long.
Then when that comes back a week or two later they give you the syringes of peroxide and you fill the moulds and wear them at night while sleeping |

Well the braces took an age but the whitening really depends on how bad your teeth are. I never smoked or drank coffee so I only needed half the treatment. An hour a day and pretty much stop using when I was happy with the result. |
