For your bum use one of those
8D head shavers, you'll get one on Amazon for around 40 Euros, they have 8 heads on them, it'll save you from spots and go easy not too much pressure, ideally trim it down first to a blade 1 or zero with a body trimmer, then use the 8D head after in light circular motions.
Then shower after using EUCERIN shower gel 15 EURO a bottle it lasts ages and really soothes the skin.
Or else shave it with a razor and shaving foam, but be prepared for a spotty ass after which could last a few days and the redness could be a week after.
For my balls I use shaving gel and a Gillette mach 4 I think doing it since 1999 so I have no worries.
After every few strokes wash the blade under the shower, put on more gel and off you go, rub in the EUCERIN shower gel after rinse off. It's great stuff.
Afterwards a basic body moisturizer is important, calms down the skin
