In men this obviously varies dramatically from one person to the next but have older men here felt a drop in theirs as they aged, if so do you take anything and what would you recommend? Asking for a friend |

It has never been high at any stage so I can't say I've noticed a drop off but I've never taken anything either.
Things like viagra help erection issues but wouldn't do anything for libido.
I'm not sure how effective testosterone supplements or treatments are. |

This can be a sign of low testosterone which can be treated. Talk to your GP. A blood test can confirm. Similar to the menopause, men can also see hormonal dips as they age. |

A drop in libido is normal as we get older but can also be a sign of prostrate problems! If testosterone supplements are needed your GP can prescribe them. Go get a blood test and you'll know for sure! |
