I (fire) met with a tantric couple last year and had an amazing experience.
It takes a lot of time and study to really experience it. I've since read a few books on it and would love to develop tantra further in my relationship. Its a very spiritual experience and you have to be open to it.

This is a definition I found for it sugar
It's a meditative, spontaneous and intimate lovemaking to prolong the act of making love and to channel, rather than dissipate potent orgasmic energies moving through you, thereby raising the level of your consciousness. Having read this thread I had to find out some more, Google Tantra yoga Ireland. Courses/ workshops in Wicklow. Would love to try it, gotta talk himself into it now  |

That was me.. In my "before" profile.. I've read loads on this but not met someone I felt was my tantric partner. It's a connection that's hard to find. |

as someone says its a lot more than slow sex. I've been practicing Tantra for about 10 years, in essence is it about exploring incredible levels of arousal and pleasure.
For the man it is about ejaculation control, you hold it but bring the sensation of orgasm inwards and it is incredibly intense, this was you can stay erect and experience repeated orgasm. You become so sensitive that any stimulation is deeply pleasurable. Ejacualtion is not part of it at all, the most prolonged weekends of Tantra I have experienced I did not ejaculate once, yet it was the best sexual experiences ever.
For the woman, you are brought to ever increasing levels of arousal, through Tantric Yoni Massage you are brought to orgasm and you stay on the brink of orgasm. The Yoni Massage is a long and sensual massage which relaxes every millimeter and climaxes in direct spot massage. This nearly always leads to full body orgasm and ejaculation.
The most important thing for me is mutual respect, Tantra is from a spiritual practice which honors each others divine sexuality. The Yoni and Lingham massages are about honoring your partners sexuality, giving pleasure with respect and most importantly without ego.
If this balance is right then it can be incredibly beautiful and satisfying for both.

I've practised it for a number of years and it does work believe me it sure does. But as discussed above for it to work respect is a big thing and love also in many ways.
Let me elaborate on this, you need to be willing to give to your partner and let go.
Breathing is a massive part of it and then trying to move the energy around the body and away from the sexual areas to other areas bringing a intense prolonged entire body experience.
