Probably part of a wider conversation for elsewhere but as far as I understand things being bi/gay is being attracted to men, which is not the same as liking sex with men.
And the question was about pegging, which is usually with a woman, so I don't see any issues. Otherwise you're heading into the territory of 'if she's riding my dick and slips a finger in does that make me gay..'

Talking as a straight man, I think those things are completely separate (being bi/gay, and enjoying being pegged). Straight men can enjoy the sensation without it saying anything about their sexuality. Anal sex isn't a 'gay' thing.
