Hi all, hope you are safe after the storm yesterday.
This weekend I was approached by a couple for a "car fun". At first I looked at their profile and they had a few verifications but the newest one was like 3 months again.
I am not verified myself so I felt myself inclined to accept as it would be a good opportunity to get myself verified and have some fun. But at the same time I was a bit apprehensive as I could be an easy target in terms of safety.
I asked the couple where we would meet and we agreed a place. When I asked if they could provide a face pic, just to be safe, they came back asking for mine first. I said I had no problem in sharing as long you share yours first, as they had approached me first. Once I sent the message I got instant blocked.
I have been thinking about this since it happened as I wonder if I was just being extra suspicious for no reason and missed a nice opportunity or I was spot on to prioritise my safety.
What would you do differently? Have you ever been in similar situation? |

Well there’s two ways to look at it,
One, if you feel it’s too good to be true or are apprehensive and have a gut feeling, steer clear for yourself.
Two, the couple also could be apprehensive and just wanted to see what you looked to satisfy their curiosity.
There’s no right or wrong way, everyone needs to be safe. On the other hand, sometimes, off the bat, turn out to be the best meets, from my previous experience here anyway. I wouldn’t read too much into myself. It’s Fab after all. |

We had people asking for face pics when we first joined this site, then people tried to #black#mail# us. They also would not return the favour of sending us a face pic. We also got a reply saying, oh you are so ugly you are not our type. So we stopped using the site for meets and just use it to keep up on whats happening out there. We prefer to attend swingers clubs out of the country it's alot safer. |

In this case, they had everything agreed and they never asked for a face pic. I was the one that asked first and after that they asked for it. I don't know, it just felt really dodgy... |
