I did have a weird fantasy about a female gardener once..
I got in contact with her on the phone and gave her the details of what I required, grass cut, trees trimmed, new path with some pebbles created, flowers planted, fences painted, hanging baskets hung, patio power washed..
I explained that I had this fantasy whereby they would arrive, I would leave the side gate open, it was very important that we didn't even say a word to each other and while she was working up a sweat in her very nice tight working clothes......I was just relaxing watching the football for a few hours without a care in the world ...

It's mainly a porn fantasy.
If you finally manage to get a tradesmen coming to your house you want them to do the work you pay for rather than having sexy with a complete stranger in your own four walls that is your and in a lot of cases your children's castle.

Then tell him I'm worried about my orchids on my bedroom windowsill, can he have a look

You need to place your orchid in a bright spot, but not in direct sun. They are also sensitive to cold and drafts. Keep them away from vents and outside doors.

Yes a few times, but they were more FWB who were tradesmen and helped me with a few fantasies. Although one of them was a painter in my house and when we met on a night out a few months later, he said he had thought a few times about making a move on me but was scared of my reaction. He said he couldn't work out if I was naughty or not lol |

You need to place your orchid in a bright spot, but not in direct sun. They are also sensitive to cold and drafts. Keep them away from vents and outside doors.

The only tradesman I would have want to play with was fixing the oven. Recently widowed and hot as hell. But while chatting (and I was in the house on my own) we discovered we knew mutual people locally. Killed the mood. And way before I was in Fab! Maybe now……. With my new found confidence! lol |

I'm sure he would have been "in his element" if he realised the owner was as hot as her oven was when he had it fixed.
I do all my own home repairs but would be glad if there were some female trades persons who could come to give me a hand.....
