I need to give the house a good clean, but just don't have the energy these days. Has anyone ever hired cleaners to come and do house cleaning? Maybe I just need a kick in the ass and I'd do it myself lol |

Absolutely. I don't always have the disposable income for it but when I do I hire a cleaner for two hours every two weeks. It's not loads but just enough to get into the corners and do the dusting and a couple of other jobs I'd rather skip. |

If it was more affordable I'd have a cleaner as often as possible...
Maybe this is a sign to start my own cleaning company- naked house cleaning. Cant say the clean will be top notch though hahaha |

I usually look on the notice board in the shopping center and try to get someone local who's working independently. Cut the agency's fee g fuel costs etc
I had the best cleaner for about a year when I was a host family for language students.
She'd do her shift then we'd sit and chat and do a shot of tequila  |

Similar enough we used a girl who was local looking for cash, didn't bother us as it was cheaper and she done an amazing job!
Like above we used to keep it to every two weeks just to do a bit of a deep clean (sounds like I live in a kip lol) |

When my mother had a back issue when we were all young she had cleaner come in twice a week. It was the wife of a friend of my dad's. They were struggling for cash at the time and dad would give him night shifts driving one of his taxis as well. Went on for about six months while my mother recovered from an operation. |
