As Christmas approaches, it can be a particularly difficult time of year for many. Reaching out and asking for help,or talking to someone can help.

Here's a list of numbers in case anyone needs a chat this morning or anytime over the Christmas period. Remember your never alone, there is always someone wanting to listen and help without judgement. I'm open to a chat if people need, drop me a message. It does restore your faith in human nature to know there are some decent caring people on here.
