Usually most people will know what they've done.
It can be anything from a remark to ignoring something someone has said, over stepping a boundary. unfortunately not everyone is everyone's cup of tea.
People blank and ignore people all the time, sometimes people will rectify it other time itmight not be worth it.
Sometimes they're not worth getting annoyed or bothered over it.

Unfortunately you can't.
I say like a lot of people she sees them as a death trap.
They're for some people and not for others.

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do for this. There's no quick solution.
It's true what they say though time is a great healer.
Best to try and distract yourself and do things you enjoy and love to help
