The best thing you can do is set a date and book the place then post it on the forum, and anybody that can make it will get in touch with you. If you try and work around everybody else bring available you will go insane. |

That seems to be the way to go set it for a date six weeks away then ask peeps to commit within a fortnight U should the size of venue required may be even chat the organizaters of the last one in limerick

Same here I'd defo be interested , but would depend on how far up north it is, now if I had some sexy lady sitting beside me in the car to distract me from the long journey , well then that's a different story lol,  |
