Would that include central Asians, like Uzbecks and Tajiks? Or maybe a few Afghans... Or Chinese, Koreans...? Should be easy enough, but there might not be too many in the Ireland forum.

Asia is a very big place to pool a team from, from Turkey in the west to Japan in the east. You'd probably be better off selecting a few countries you're expecting people from.
