It is bad that that husband need more interaction with woman- sex that a wife can and want to provide?I mean it I just a thought to get point of your view. I mean on beginning was lots of sex and I don't complain but with time that sex was less and less and not that I have not tried to spice up our sex life which she refused to use. It is still treated as cheating when you signal that you need it more cause it is start to get ino your mental health .

What is your thoughts

.

Yes. Of course it's cheating.

This is a swinging site. We are people who talked to our partners and worked out an agreement. You don't get here by pressuring your partner and making them feel inadequate.

Read up more about relationships, and sexual desire, specifically about women's experiences.

Women's desire is known to be more dependent on context and responsive. Whereas men's can be more spontaneous. For most women, their lives change, especially if they have kids. And they lose the context that helps them get into a sexy mindset.

Not only that but if you don't feel emotionally close with your partner, and supported by them in the relationship, it can really affect intimacy.

I recommend the books Mating in Captivity by Esther Perel,

And Come As You Are by Emily Nagoski.

It's pretty normal for couples to have a somewhat mismatched sex drive and therefore for one to want it more than the other. It's also very normal for different stages of life / health / hormones / stress / menopause / etc etc to cause someone to experience changes in libido. At the same time is is unreasonable to expect someone to go long term with their needs unmet. This won't be solved without much improved communication. You need to understand what is going on for her and what you can potentially do to help. She needs to understand that you deserve to have a sex life and she needs to take your needs seriously. If you aren't able to talk a out this stuff then you might need professional help to facilitate this conversation. Good luck!

(Being on here fucking about and risking her finding out and collapsing her world and your marriage is not the answer)

I will answer this question with another question. Would you find it acceptable if it was the other way around?
