Just wondering if anyone has gone on a European swingers cruise? All the sites seem to be American based … will b grateful for any help pointing us in the right direction

We know a couple who went on one it's around the Greek Islands it's run by an American cruise company. It is about twice the price of a normal vanilla cruise . As far as I know it only on once or twice a,year.
