Daytime parties

Just debating the topic with another lady fabber that would like to attend a party and wondered why parties never happen midweek or during the daytime??
Yes I know not everyone works shift work but I'm sure there's a lot here that have mornings or days off that could facilitate an event or attend??
Plus some ladies that are "free" until the kids come home from school might be interested!??
Any comments please ? |

I've put that idea out there on my profile page for that very reason....kids at school....midweek....early morning meet up....

Most people work in the daytime.
Most people can't stay up late midweek. Many stay at home parents haven't time to travel, attend, and get home in time for the pickup. Many who don't work haven't the cash to attend. Lots of issues. |

For all those reasons it might also be easier midweek & daytime. For instance drop kids in school for 9am and already organised after school care until 5-6pm,thats potentially 8 hours free time. Whereas at weekends, and personally speaking, getting someone to mind children from say 4pm to travel to a usually 9pm or 10pm event, then get babysitter to stay overnight until lunchtime the next day is next to impossible.
So for those working parents I think taking a day off work, or shift workers who's rota has them off anyway is far easier to arrange than than the _ilitary grade of organisation required to get kids minded overnight at weekends. |

Once in a while we intend to host a daytime party. From experience daytime is very hard to organise a group for a party. Saturday Day is easier, but midweek is near impossible with more than a few bodies. But never say never. Here is hoping. |

Daytime parties are great esp for working people and thoes arranging fun around childcare.
Hotels can be an issue tho as dayuse is usually only bookable for 2 adults....
For our little group, we have only our own meet verified ladies and gentlemen and a private kik group so that everyone gets to know each other better and play is organised on the basis of interactions and specific needs on a weekly basis ie a straight meet or a bi meet or mixture.
We did all of this on our own as there was not a daytime play event that was 10am to 4pm so we had to make one.
So OP....build it, and they will come...

Used to be an afternoon M&G organised in a South Dublin Hotel a few times that I believe went very well. Unfortunately it doesn't appear on Dayuse.ie but its overnight prices aren't much more than the ones Dayuse show.
Never got to them myself but as I now work 5mins away, I do hope one is arranged soon  |

If there's enough concrete interest the cost wouldn't be much split around everyone.
As _oresumbisum said, this sort of event does exist but you need genuine folk to join a group and keep that core group together and let them add only trusted people to it. Too often people will promise the moon and the stars in forums but disappear when it comes to it, so some socials with interested parties to start and those out.

At the minute roughly 15 guys, 6 ladies and 2 couples have replied to my forum post.
Only 2 guys have directly messaged me.
I think if there was more interest, more people would have messaged me directly? |

Ok, after a discussion with my lady friend, I've decided to set up a k I k group chat with the intention of arranging a daytime group meet.
Now that can be from having a group social to actually renting a place and have a group activity??
That can be discussed in the group chat.
It will not be a group consisting of 50 guys to 5 women.
I'll try and keep it to a ratio of guys to ladies at 3:1.
And if your not verified please don't contact me!!
By the way, I know I'm not verified myself but there is a few here who know who I am!!

We tried a daytime event in September - 100% success.
Midweek one - we toyed with an idea of doing one on a Thursday to test the waters. It got very little interest and even less people could commit to it.
Didn't bother with doing anything daytime midweek.

Most airbnb won't let you in until 3 and don't allow parties.
This. Owners are quite specific about these things, especially short-term rental. Under Irish law, houses for rent must be for a minimum of 14 nights. Some Owners bend the rules but if they get caught, they get in trouble. Much easier to organise a social at a club or pub then take the party to a hotel room where the reception staff have an understanding.

Quite a few clubs in the UK do daytime milf events designed for Mums who want to play while the kids are at school. Normally really well attended and a lot of fun. I'm sure there would be interest in such events over here. |
