Not Christmas but the other C word inadvertently in public. I was coming out of a shop and I dropped the eggs beside the car door, I half spoke/whispered, “You stupid c” to my self. Unfortunately there was a lady passing who shot me a withering look, and at the top of her voice said, “utterly unpropitious” and whispered to me “you fing bol icks”. and romped away. Good news, there’s only one broken egg! The question is, is the C word ok now? |

As far as I know the far left have been slightly disarmed since Musk took over twitter and thus far haven't labelled it a slur, although I wouldn't be surprised if it's in the pipeline.
Some people take offence, some people use it as a term of endearment, some people will be offended some will not care.
It's fine by me but I wouldn't use it on my CV , but some people might  .

I actually love the word...but as a jokey term to describe friends who make me laugh. Then there's the people who behave like cunts...for those people it's said with venom for maximum effect! But I'd never use it to describe a vagina...too vulgar in those circumstances. It's all about context!! |

I personally love it, not to describe a vagina but I think it's great. You can get your point across about bad things or good with the word where otherwise it could take a full paragraph to explain.
