It depends in the person and what suits. Some people suit the more sophisticated grey look. On the other hand, dying it could make you look 10 years younger.
Looking around the office here, there's not a single woman who hasn't coloured their hair in some way.
I'd say if you're thinking of doing it and are conscious about it, do it now. You can tell people it was for a Halloween costume if they ask.
