They mostly hang out upstairs at bewleys Grafton st. They are the ones in the red scarfs. If you want to attract their attention then wink at them 3 times and follow them as they leave.

Just be careful not to wink 4 times as that means you're looking for knock-off cigs. They really should wear different colour scarfs or something. It's not the best system
