Check out the news.

I know loads of people who's houses are wrecked. Poor fuckers. And from experience, the insurance companies are absolute c**ts and try their best wiggle their way out of paying. Especially FBD...snakes the lot ofnthem

Yup, that's been the case in Bandon for a while.

Wonder it they have been able to get over now that the works have been completed to address the flooding though.

Insurance companies area shower of snakes for sure.

Will try to put everythingdown to an "act of God" if they could to avoid payouts.

Was down Cork direction yesterday. Never witnessed that amount of flooding and force of water before. Scary stuff.

Hope whoever was affected manages to get back on their feet again soon. Best of luck with the recovery.

It's unfortunate and devastating for the people who got flooded but when you think of the kids that are going to be blown to pieces in gazza it puts it in perspective

East / North, Cork

We had water lapping the front door, another 2cm and it would have been in the house. My exwifes car was totaled. Water got so high it filled the glovebox. The lane leading to my work premesis was impassable and I couldn't get home. Thank got I've a jeep or I wouldn't have been able to pick the kids up from school. Many of my customers in midleton have been shit down. Tis a shitshow.
