Well then, all the women on the site should be forced to smoke for 6 mnths when they join...the book them into a non smoking hotel for a week and yeee haaaaa  |

Giving up smoking is such a hard thing, I have stopped smoking over a year but have started having a cigarette if I'm having a drink or two, so frustrating as I can really feel it the next day in my chest. I have managed not to go back on them full time thankfully but wish I could just get rid for good, such a waste of money |

I was smoking while drinking too but just put me on a major guilt trip so I made the decision not to do it at all, not easy when everyone around you smokes, even now there are days where I could just murder one but so far have managed to stay away, its feckin hard to do, |

i stoped for 5 yrs up until 3 yrs ago but tomorrow im hoping to cut down on near 20 a day id love to be able to say im now a non smoker although i do detest when i am with reformed smokers commenting to me in person that smoking is disgusting nothing worse- well done all those who have stopped those who are trying hang in there hopefully 1 day you wont feel that burning desire for 1- i hope i wont anyway |

good to see that peeps check what smoking does to your bodythe arterys clog up,thus stopping the blood flow,it aint rocket science  why do you all think the doc asks do you smoke when something wrong,i love peeps with brains lol  |
