I think about 3 years. Next longest was around 2 stints of 2 years each. My 20s were bleak years

"5 years …. I went through a long period of anxiety and total lack of self confidence and was in a pretty bad place . Safe to say I’m back to my self now and making up for lost time lol "

4 years....was in a dysfunctional relationship....he had a very low sex drive & was so selfish....only ever had sex when he wanted it & after he'd cum he'd roll over & say I'm done 
I'd be left there totally sexually frustrated....it put me totally off him.... so much so that having sex with him wasn't a nice experience....it just left me craving more & totally sexually frustrated so I stopped....it just wasn't worth it & I resorted to self satisfying self pleasure for 4 years.... 
I eventually strayed .... who'd blame me for straying.... seriously though |

Just recently broke my 6 year dry spell.. just lost interest.. realised I was going through menopause, got HRT and ohhh yes!! I’m back..
It’s amazing what good regular sex does to your confidence and general outlook.

Longest was during my mid 20s to early 30s so almost 10 years.
Since than been spells of a year or two with no intimacy. Coming up on 4.5 months with no intimacy whatsoever |

Well theres obviously my childhood but after losing the big V at almost 18 I went 8 years celebate in my twenties then had a 1 night stand and went without again for another 2 years. Haven't gone more than a few months since then thankfully. |
