Good question.
I've (Mr) always struggled to see cumming on a woman's face as anything but disrespectful.
To me it sort of belongs in the same bucket as choking, fingers/thumb in mouth, pounding, face-fucking with gagging, etc...
Even if a woman asked me to cum on her face, I think I'd assume she was asking because she thought I'D like it, rather than because SHE truly wanted it.
None of this is to suggest that a preference for that kind of play doesn't exist, or that feeling disrespected isn't a turn-on for some - we all have different preferences and kinks.
No judgement - just my perspective.
