Halloween,
Holiday to somewhere hot to break it up.,
Christmas lights,
Fire, coziness, someone to cuddle up to, warm in bed and cold outside.
It jan - April that's usually effing miserable..... More sun holidays needed to break it up. |

The short days and lack of sunlight due to the damp cloudy climate makes Ireland a prime location for people to develop SAD in winter. Modern lifestyles don't help. Try to get outdoors in daylight every day. Take Vitamin D. Plan a sun break (or two) if possible. If it's affecting anyone very badly, speak to your GP. |

This year there's also a collective sense of pride around the country with regards to the rugby team
Its amazing what that can do for the nation as a whole
I know its not sunshine but every little helps |

Hell YYEESS.
100% hate this time of year. Cause of all of the usual things, weather, dark mornings & evenings/nights, along with the fire/heat having to go on(more cost).
Hopping to go on a holiday over Halloween. So hopefully that'll change thing's abit for me this year. |

we wouldn't appreciate nice spring summer and autumn days if we had perfect weather all year round.
being on some hardship I say.
no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes
On a serious note though, it can be a terrible lonely time.im hear for anyone m or f is they ever need a chat or a rant and a friendly ear to bend |

I'm with you there. Don't actually mind January but not a fan of February and March at all. Days are getting a bit longer and brighter but it's still wet and cold... |

Doctor Livindstone I presume "
He didn’t say, but not everyone like you to state you’re a professional etc….. |

Hi
I'm one that hated this time of year very much so, if you know what I mean.
But learnt, I learnt to live by the seasons.
Live. That this is us slowing down for winter and be ready to take off in January. Live by nature.
It doesn't matter what job you do, spring always brings new life
