Started taking revive active a month ago. Have to say it's been a game changer. Don't feel half as tired now. Also found a nice side effect. I seem to cum a lot heavier than I have in years.. Also taking Lions mane tablets. |

Excellent. Thanks for posting this. We can all be deficient in something. There’s vit b complex in it which assists with energy.
Try udos oil at 4 tablespoons a day - gives great energy and helps blood flow. |

I had to start taking centrum as I am on Ozempic and it’s killed my appetite. I’ve actually noticed the difference in my strength in the gym as my diet isn’t great these days. I’m now having protein shakes twice a day to try and give my body a bit more as the Ozempic just causes me to be nauseous at the thought of eating.

I take Menopace (which is largely B vitamins) for menopause and I find it makes a big difference in my energy levels.
Cod liver oil & calcium for arthritis. Not sure how much the calcium helps but I have much less pain when I take CLO regularly than when I don't.
Collagen for the aging skin.
And lastly my wee godsend - marine pine bark extract. I used to be tortured every night with crippling leg cramps. The sort that made me scream with pain. Since starting this though they're a rarity. |

"I found the revive active useless.
My diet is pretty good, lots of veg and fruit, my protein intake is shocking but I'm working on it.

Supplements are ok tbh , they can put into your system something that could be missing from it , but don't become dependent on them either, there's plenty of natural foods that are good for your system. |

Indeed. But also don't be put off using them at times when your body may really benefit from a consistent intake, such as during menopause. |

I take Vitamin D3 especially this time of year as we don't get enough sunshine.I've also started taking Vitamin K2 which is taken with the Vit D3 as it helps with Cholesterol and great for absorbing calcium and helps arteries to remain clear from blockages |

Vitamin D is a supplement everybody here should be taking as we are normally at near toxic low levels in this country.
Other than that, eating more fruit and vegetables can be another good option. But the best would be assessing what your diet has and what it's missing. Dehydration is a big issue for me to the point where I've had to work with plenty of alternatives
