Neighbourhood down the same entry as Duke of York pub, pocket coffee out the back of Victoria sq next to bittles bar and Haptik out by Stormont would be three of my go tos I could recommend.

"I enjoy the restaurant in the 3C's Bar near Castle Court. Really nice food and very reasonably priced.

Also you can try The Kitchen Bar behind the Victoria Centre.
