It was ok. It was very refreshing to see a new face on RTE. He needs to loosen up a bit more, you could see the nerves got him yesterday. He'll own it eventually.

Still think the show should be shorter and unfortunately the show still starts with the same shite jingle.

Different strokes for different folks, seems the general consensus online from all amateur critics is that it was a good start and should get better . Great to see decent discussion about recent history/ troubles etc, the ‘look the other way’ policy of RTE seems well shelved .

I enjoyed it, I like Kielty and for his first night out, that wasn't bad.

RTE will need to provide him with better guests, maybe he can draw in a few more with his connections.

Between Byrne, Kenny and Tubridy the LLS guests, for decades, has been a who's who of Dublins Z-list
