Aren't ye all very fancy with your slow cooked ham and roast lamb and the likes. I'm a man of more simple pleasures, bring out the chicken fillet roll with a bit of lettuce and a dollop of mayonnaise. Yeah boy |

M: I love cooking meat on low temperatures, a nice beef roast seared in the pan and simmered in the oven for 10h at double digit temps until it basically falls apart.. or a leg of lamb cooked on the Bbq on indirect heat for hours and hours.. Alternatively a nice roast cooked in a salt crust. I am getting really hungry now.. |
