'I'm in'. Are you? Or is it just your big toe

Are you in... in for the banter, reply to all.

Or is it just your big toe and answer within your preferences or who you know.

I understand, time online can be sporadic and people have lives. I enjoyed a little 'I'm in' today while doing a mundane task.
