Not sure of the camera quality, but they do come with quite effective explosives attached.

It really depends what you want it for.
Like the go too quad for cinematography would be the Dji Inspire but you talking 1000's even before you put a decent lense onto it.
If it's for hobby type messing about then a basic Mavic has a decent camera for night time. If your clever with wind direction nobody below will even hear it.
One thing to note though, I'm assuming you'll have all lights disabled. It's very difficult to fly a drone with just the camera view, even more so at night. Illegal too as it must be kept in your field of view at all times.
They are great fun though. |

When U say high altitude also there is a max legally allowed to fly which is 120m and some areas is lower .
.but all comes down to budget have a mavic air 2 myself are good fun but camera is limited if fly high and wanting to zoom in |
