Why is it so difficult to chat up women on this site? I see men younger than me having had got the ride from older women.

Your one and only photo is a not flattering pic in a toilet. Your profile tells anyone looking at it absolutely nothing about yourself and your looking for says:
Couples (MF) Couples (MM) Couples (FF) Men Women TV/TS aged 18 to 99. So basically anything with a pulse.
That's the blunt version and im sorry if it sounds harsh but updating your profile to tell people about yourself and include specific likes might be a start. |

When I take photos I like to think that they tell a story. That when anyone looks at them they get an impression of who I am. At the very least they can see how I chose to present myself.
What kind of storytelling do you imagine is happening from a photo taken in a public disabled toilet? |

Absolutely.
Take more pictures.
Fill out your bio honestly.
Sometimes ticking all the boxes isn't going to going tick anyone's boxes.
Be honest about what your looking for. Tell your story, work on it.
Forget about sending messages. Put the time and effort into finding a way to use the sites tools to leverage your qualities.
You're photo screams married btw. That's not a deal breaker for everyone so think about being upfront about your needs. |

Change your profile pic OP. Add more info about yourself in your bio. You say your straight & looking for woman. You wouldn't be looking for (MM) or M, if that's the case OP. Look at other's profiles, Interact in the forum more, go to a social. Aswell as what other's have posted on here for you to do OP. Finally(from me) Fab is like a Marathon, not a sprint. Your only on here 5 week's OP. Somepeople are on here over 5 month's before they get meet verified.

Ah Luke, you're all over the place. You're omnipresent in Cork, Limerick and Galway. Straight away you are missing a trick by not including Clare, as you surely pass through there.
All messing aside, you have got some good advise already on how to fashion an improved profile. Take that advise on board, take the time to compose a new profile and research online some tips on taking flattering profile pics for sites like this.
As for chatting up women on here, you will find it's not going to be any easier than it is in the real world. I'd venture you've realised it's actually even harder on here. You do come across as thinking you just log on here and it's going to be full of women gagging to cop off with any man who messages them. It's not the Benny Hill show, as you have no doubt gathered.
Consider wheather being on here is a good fit for you ? Like countless men before you ( and countless who will come after you ),your impression of this site is flawed. Yes it's full of horny women who are looking to enjoy quality sexual encounters with a tiny fraction of men they click with on here, but that's just part of what the site is about for them. If you ( and other guys like you ) don't enjoy the banter, the forums and the whole process of getting to know people then this site is unlikely to be a fun experience.
I'd advise you delete your existing profile ( as has been mentioned already ), you will only be ridiculed about it if you continue it. Come back with a new improved profile if you think this site a good fit. If you do, enjoy all it has to offer and don't take it too seriously.
