i travel all over

So when I was younger I thought enya was utterly bland . Fast forward a couple of decades and I find her music very therapeutic .

Are there any artists, people in the public eye , out of the public eye or even fabbers whom you feel you or others have underrated or under appreciated ?

A homegrown Irish band ...Cry Before Dawn. I loved them ...they had relative success in the UK but never quite made it. Still touring on the local scene and sounding as fresh today as then

somewhere

Leonard Cohen

Never heard of him before I was at one of his gigs

It was one of the most incredible nights at a gig I've been at

Saw him live another 6 times and even bought the framed platinum disk of live in Dublin....have it on my wall

Looking forward to seeing him live again when they announced that he'd died .....very sad day

There are lots of bands actually

Especially Del Amitri and Mercury Rev who have numerous outstanding songs

Also a shout out to Bruce Dickinson . I am no fan of iron maiden but he is a qualified pilot , Olympic fencer and brews beer commercially !

How soon is now is an incredible song

Lucky enough to see them live a few times in The SFX in Dublin in the 80's

I have to make do with a cover band, but they are brilliant.

'How Soon is Now?' Is most peoples favourite, spine-tingling, almost as good as sex

Far far away

Sense of smell definitely underrated.. After 7 days of nada - thanks Covid I was never so happy for it return... Food was bland, nearly burned the kitchen down, sour milk on corn flakes... I appreciated my nose now....
