The Irish Naturalist Association note Curracloe is used as a nudist beach about 15-20 minutes walk up towards Raven Point from the Raven Wood carpark but that discretion is required at weekends. In reality, the entire stretch of beach from Raven Point to Raven Wood carpark is regularly used by walkers runners dog walkers even horse riding as well as regular beach goers. I walk naked on the beach regularly but at 6:00am and by 7:00am if not earlier regular non-nudist users are there walking and running and dog walking so the shorts go back on. |
