Today I grabbed little tubs of honey from the canteen to bring up to eat Weetabix at my desk. Only to realise I grabbed marmalade by mistake.

It was pretty much the most dissapointed I'd been in my entire life.

The West

I usually don't eat until around 10:00am most mornings. It's usually porridge, fruit and black coffee.

If I'm home and have a bit more time, then it's eggs and toast in the airfryer with spring onion, tomato, paprika and onion salt!
