1 Good diet

2 warm water

3 lube

4 don’t rush

5 don’t do it too often it’s not meant to be healthy

6 lube again.

Good douche kit do it in the shower as above warm water take your time when you run clear ya should be good to go like roasting a chicken lmao

I have a shower attachment. works great. do a dance to shake the water around inside then shoot. Or remove the shower head and use the pipe directly.
