I refuse to do burpees. Also have an excuse as i fecked up my wrist years ago fighting and it hasnt been right since. (Also fight was in a ring with a referee not a street fight lol) |

I boxed myself untill I was 21 and stayed playing AIL level rugby… the training was sick though .. burpees are without doubt the cruelest trick in the book ..

I can bench but i cant put my body weight on it. It doesnt bend back like my left hand so say pressups and the like are completely out of the question. I will freely admit i know sfa about rugby so i wont embarrass myself pretending that i do lol. |

I should be asleep. 6am start yesterday, drive to Dublin and a full day at comic con. Drive home with hangry teenagers, a Burger King stop solved that, and then running around to do when home. Decided a few beers would be good. And some really bad series on paramount that I’m too invested in to quit

No idea about October yet. Best friends wedding the end of the month in London and limerick the week after  |

Im not deranged ha ha. Trust me id only love to be living back in the country. 12 years living in the city and i still cant tolerate the noise. Just a pain in the ass that where i grew up the average price of a house is near half a mill so unless we win the lotto we wont be movin back any time soon |
