I read again today about the famous Gaa player who conned loads of people out of money.
I think it seems to have been a case and Still is the case with a lot of people that if someone is a good Gaa player he can do no wrong. It's a case of sure he is a great fella look at the matches he won and his dedication to the team . They can still be assholes cheats and thieves. Buy there is a cohort who over look all that because he plays Gaa he is a great man . |

so true, they're built up to be heroes and can get away with lots that others can't. |

It runs in his family so not just being a gaa player ....having the same surname helps
Its the same in all walks of life here
How many bankers went to Jail....3 or 4 I think

There are users in every walk of life ...
Its no different that the people who believe that its ok to charge the most you can for your product or service ,,, or those who believe its ok to avoid tax etc.
Or those who think its ok to take a hugh salary and call yourself not for profit ...
Or those who make money cashing in on others bad luck ...
There are users in every walk of life .to some extent the general willingness to over look or play down this , is to facilitate a justification when you want to do the same yourself in some way .
