My typical Friday night usually involves Chinese food. Chicken curry, fried rice, too many Magners, Monster Munch crisps a bar of mint Aero and watching too much telly. Do you have anything you do regularly on a Friday night to unwind? Any ideas as to how I could spice up my Friday nights in?  |

If it's my week with the kids I'll do movie night with popcorn and fizzy drinks
If it's my week off I'll either see friends or glory in the luxury of an empty house by cooking a pair of steaks with nothing on the side and watching a mindless movie with the biggest explosions I can find. |
