Share your favourite life hack that has changed your whole world

Mine is cutting a V into a bag of frozen peas or whatever so that you have 2 handles to tie together to seal the bag up. No more freezer burn or excess ice in the bag and no more fiddly clips.

Also, cook kale in coconut oil so that it’s easier to scrape it into the bin

Chickens. Fresh eggs every day. Getting to know all the different personalities. Cheap and easy to look after. They are a delight.

I work from home a lot, and if I'm in my office upstairs I often don't hear the doorbell ringing. Solution: picked up a cheap baby monitor and voila.

Downside is that I have had to reassure several visitors that I don't have a secret baby hidden in the house

Put a wooden spoon over a boiling pot. The spoon will pop the bubbles and it won't boil over onto the oven.

Also if you're opening a pack of spaghetti put away the knife or scissors. Simply hold it with the part you want to open upwards and slam the bottom of the pack on the kitchen counter or table. Will open every time and won't have spaghetti spilling out

Very very rewarding. Eggs are much much nicer. But......they can attract rats. I got rid of ours for this reason.

That would be down to the woeful smell that chickens make.

Use a round key to get a shopping trolley without a coin. Insert the key to free the trolley then just yank it out, voila

.

If you do decide to then look for the caged hens who get rescued a few times a year. Our ladies came in an awful state with nearly no feathers from the awful mistreatment. The recovery was so satisfying though and they are so happy now. Google Littlehill animal rescue.

How about one cock to start with.

If it works out you could move on to getting more.

i travel all over

You can structure your life so you never plan exercise

Always park a few blocks away

Live 15 minutes away from shops

Play 5 a side

Have all day orgies

And you literally never have to hit a gym

Based in Kerry, work in Cork.

If you want to use the same Gmail address for multiple accounts on some platform (excluding fab...) put a full stop anywhere in the email addresses.

For example, if the email address is hello@gmail.com

Set up a second account using h.ello@gmail.com.

To clear your frozen car windscreen.

Pour hot (not boiling) water into a zip lock bag and then use it as a mitten to clear the windscreen.

You can even use the water afterwards for something else!

Bullshit ..put a spoon in the pot to draw the heat of the liquid out,but if the liquids hot enough it will boil over regardless of the spoon on top
