Recently a number of people have been in the news after being found not guilty of crimes they were charged with .
Do you generally tend to Accept the verdict ? Or Feel that some crimes are hard to be convicted for therefore they got away with it ? Do you think good lawyers can get you out of anything ? And finally do you think In some cases a not guilty verdict still leaves one’s reputation tainted ?
How does news of ‘x found not guilty’ sit with you ? |

Kevin Spacey you mean?
The 'Not guilty' verdict raises more questions than it answers. It certainly doesn't mean he is innocent.
He says he will reignite his career but I think his reputation has certainly been tarnished beyond repair. I used to like him, now I wouldn't cross the road to see him. |

Or perhaps they are trying to use his power against him to extort money from a multimillionaire. The people best placed to make the judgement just spent weeks examining the evidence and made a decision. I don't think anyone who spent a minute or two reading a news story is in anywhere near as good a position as any of those jurers, and so I'd be inclined to trust them. |

I need to say trials which most makes me angry are trials of priest. Especially when church says that is his internal trial and no one can say or see anything. |

If I will pay you 1000 euro just for saying what I want to hear . Will you take this money?? It is easy money for you and easy money to spend for multimillionaire |

While many many priests are abusers, not all are, and miscarriages of justice are possible even there |

If I paid you enough money so you and your family never needed to worry about money again for the rest of your life would you tell a lie? Many would |

Oh yeah that's bullshit. A proper jury trial is a trial. Everything else is just makey-uppy. Agreed. Those dudes can't be trusted to wipe their own butts let alone investigate themselves. |

"In those times we are living you can buy freedom and verdict. There is always some seeds of truth in every story.
Well that's bollocks " and why is that? |

Clearly your statement that "there is always some seeds of truth in every story" is nonsense.
You hardly go through life thinking that every rumour you ever hear has some grain of truth in it, do you?
As referenced already in this thread, the story about Graham Norton didn't have a seed of truth in it.
Jackie Duddy didn't have nail bombs in his pockets.
The Birmingham six had no connections to any bombings.
Nicky Kelly didn't have any connections to the Sallins mail train robbers.

Well it is my nonsense and I like it. And I don't overthink stuff I don't have time for. As for your examples may that he true or may that be not. How you know that good friend of Nicky Kelly rob that train and they share some money for silence. in every story there is seeds of Truth |

You're obviously trolling with comments like that.
You believing nonsense to be true doesn't make it any less nonsense than it is. |
