Curious about answers from both guys and girls.
Bonus questions- what time of day (if you have a regular time) and where (bed, shower, restaurant etc.) 
For me it’s generally an average of a little less than once a day. I find if I skip a day I’m too distracted to be productive!

On reflection, I’d have to say most week nights, it’s like my sedative. Always guaranteed to drift off afterwards  On weekends it varies. I probably wouldn’t if I have some fun planned, but if it’s a quiet or vanilla weekend then I could pass a few hours lazing in bed watching porn and fiddling away |

Not had a wank in well over a year, probably about 18 months. Don't get the urge like I did in my teens and 20s. Probably a bit of it is getting older but I get zero dopamine hit from a wank now compared to cumming during sex or a bj so it just seems like a waste. |
