I will be hosting a group coffee/drinks social in Limerick City on Bank Holiday Sunday, August 6th between 2 and 5pm.
Coffee socials are a great way to meet new people in a friendly, casual setting. This will be for verified people only.
If you’re interested in attending, please pm me and I’ll add you to the list.
I will be letting people know the exact location the morning of the 6th. |

"Would anyone consider doing one of these in Dublin just Limerick is a bit too far to travel for me as I don't drive "
I did one in Dublin in April. They’re not hard to organise, why not do one yourself. |

I tried to do one but all I got was single guys who thought they were getting more than coffee and as I don't know Dublin I thought it would be easier for someone who knows it well to organise one but obviously not sorry for asking |

Just a few points to note:
Venue will be sent to anyone on the list on the morning of the social.
If you become unavailable before then, please let me know to save me wasting time sending mails. Otherwise you get put down as a no show and blacklisted from future events I organise.
If you’re on my block list, you won’t be invited.
If you’re outside my age filters, pop a message here and I’ll put you on the list.
The social is currently only for meet verified people. If that changes, I’ll post here.
This is a very casual social. There’s likely to be more men than women there, although we do have a nice list of women attending so far. If this is a problem for you, that’s ok, but I don’t want to hear whinging
Any other questions, just shout.

A lovely afternoon with a lovely group. 26 attendees wasn’t half bad for a bank holiday Sunday! The men of Limerick need to have a chat with themselves though
Thanks so much to everyone who came, the guests are what make these things a success and ye were a bunch of sounders!

I had a bad head injury from the night before and said hello in passing to a few but wasn’t feeling right.
I was in a grey hoodie opposite the bar. |

Do you not understand how strange it is to come along, sit and stare and not say anything? You had opportunity to message me on here and I could’ve spoken with you at the venue. |

That’s not accurate. I blocked you on Sunday night after I got home from the social after making a note that you had not turned up and not messaged to say you weren’t coming
