"From the lounge
Brad Pitt is handsome . Many of us wouldn’t , including me , but it’s an indisputable fact that he is handsome .
What else is ? "
Brad Pitt is too common to compare too!

I totally agree, but Chuck Norris, what a man, I'm lost for words, Chuck would just eat them anyway. |

"Taylor Swift is overrated.
"
There is no justification for charging that much for a live performance. I'd want to see a Beatles reunion for that, including exhuming and reanimating Lennon and Harrison.
Sorry that turned into a bit of a rant! |

"Free market capitalism was a bad idea
"
I disagree and although it's not perfect, nothing in the history of mankind has pulled more people out of poverty than free market capitalism.
In 1980, 42% of the world's population were in extreme poverty, it's less than 10% today! |

Disgusting as compared to when or what?
To the centuries of Monarchs and War Lords who hoovered up everything and sent peasants to die for it, right up to and including WWI.
Ask anybody born in 1950s how disgusting things are now. The difference is we expect and demand better.
The large majority of us get up in the morning, switch on a light, wash with hot running water, have breakfast, brush our teeth, get in our own car, and go to work. We look at these as the very basics.
They were not in this country only a few decades ago. |

The gap is between the large majority and the dying babies , starving mothers , bombed and pillaged poor . We get up and get into our brand new cars and book our holidays while we flick through our phones scrolling past the highlights of poverty and war and genocide
Ask anybody born in 1950s if they lived like this while looking on at the poor? Ask anyone in the 1950s if think the world would be better if we had multi billionaires in the future and we consumed so much others would have to die ? I rekon it be s no from most ! |

It's getting really hard to find cordial with sugar in it. I prefer sugar to aspartame |

Same carcinogen level as aloe vera…it’s all about dosage. I don’t particularly like the aftertaste from aspartame but there are things more likely to give me cancer than a bit of MiWadi |
