"Sea or lake swim twice a week minimum
Don’t complicate it. No dry robes , gloves , socks . Just get in . It’s not a trip to Siberia "
Ah stop, dry robes, socks and flasks of teas, it's nippy Cas, but also 2-3 times a week at the moment. |

The water in the 40ft last week was too warm, went upto 14.5*. Have to love a nice sea swim but i love finding a river when walking in a forrest or somewhere like Devils Glen and have a dip there too. |

"Swim in the sea at least once a week but swimming would be a loose term, more like get in, splash around for 10mins a get out again "
That's me too.. for the last 5 r 6 years.. took a while to like it but I feel depleted now by day 8 or 9 if I've missed my weekly dip. |

Trying to squeeze as many swims and skinny dips in as we can at this time of year only. Would be a lovely way to do a social meet if any likeminded couples were to pop up on our nearby search. |
