hi op.
it should be easy enough to pre organize a guy to hit on her in a bar.
Just book the hotel and posr up a meet. you could choose the guy if you want it to be a surprise for her.

Shelbourne Hotel bar is a good place. I picked up a vanila lady there last weekend. One of my hottest meet so far. |
