Best of luck op but you might find most people reluctant to respond to an unverified profile with no public pics.
That's before the logistics are taken into account.
There have been numerous open ended, lick it and see type events proposed on here but none of them have ever happened.

Perhaps next time you're at one of the clubs ask someone to verify you. Shouldn't be too difficult if you're there every two weeks. It might give people some level of confidence.
Other than that, as Bo said, being dismissive of people's valid concerns is not really a strong footing to start off on when trying to organise something like this |

I always thought that the basic rules of online safety are:
Beware of engagement with anonymous profiles
Never send money
Never share your phone number
Add to that the fact that is match making site for swinger's and singles who want to have sex and share kinks and fetishes who could potentially have their livelihood or relationships destroyed by a well placed social media post well then you have a recipe for large helping of suspicion.
