"Nike Alphafly trainers
Are they that good?
Was about to buy a pair but the price was a little high. "
One of the best shoes on the market if you're a serious runner.
Over priced shoe if you're just wearing them to look cool or ne fashionable. |

Definitely a serious runner. (50-60k a week)
Ankles need a little something extra and my runners only last a few months because of road running

You would only wear these when trying to run a PB. Otherwise the carbon fibre plate would go to shit.
These would not offer any protection for ankles. Most runners will only last 600 km. Sl that's prob the problem. If you are running 50km a week you should be replacing them every 3 months. |

Gonna agree with OP and say Dyson Cordless are without doubt the biggest waste of money that ever there was .. Screwfix 69.00 wet/dry vac is better than any of the shite they pedal, and they only get away with it because most people that can afford the Dyson shite have housekeepers anyway |

Definitely worth the money in my opinion
Keep an eye on the Nike website for offers, I got mine for 150 down from 300 last summer
Im not a runner myself but would do serious brisk walking and the return is fantastic on these

"Tbh I'm not into brands ..won't waist my money .. hence why I'm not a site supporter here .. spend your money wisely folks .."
Depends on what you're buying though Lou. Normally I am quite happy with Lidl/Aldi/Penneys but if it's something that I want to last, then I consider carefully. I've CK boxers over 5yrs old, my Kef speakers and Denon amp are 10+yrs old, Samsung phones have never let me down.
However I bought Ralph Lauren jeans and they haven't lasted even 2yrs, so going back to Levis
The RL and Timberland shirts are good but the best ever are the AC/DC t-shirt, some of which are seriously vintage, like myself I guess |

If you were waking 10k steps a day they would last around 60 days.
