Chicken Karahi, Saag, Bhuna or Rezala would be my first choices, with pilau rice and a paratha.

Indian curries are a big favourite in our house and I cook them regularly for the crotch goblins (check out Curry With Love who do THE best spice kits)

Kildare

Shisk kebab or onion baaji

Lamb jalfrazi or Rogan Josh

Bombay aloo or Gobi aloo,

Plain rice and garlic naan,

Its great when there's a group eating together who are willing to share so all the different dishes can be sampled

I have had Indian and other hot food. Never affects my stomach. Suppose everyone reacts differently to food
