As I live in Alicante but my account is Cork based, when it comes to finding people, I use the nearby function, and I filter it to include my preferences and those looking for someone like me. There are too many single men just like myself  even here.
One thing that I wish the site would allow is to post meetups or parties outside one's own designated area or abroad anywhere.
It would be an improvement in my opinion.
