It depends on what part of the wedding your attending, I'd say. Like are you going to the church or the blessing part of the wedding or just the reception part of it? I'd be thinking.

Personally I'd wear a full suit to a wedding, these day's. In the past I did wear a trousers, shirt & jacket to a wedding once.

So for me if your going to wedding at the start church/blessing, I'd be for wearing a suit. If your just going to the reception/ afters party, I'd say a trousers & shirt would be good enough for it. At the end of the day, each to they're own.

If there's no dress code on the wedding invitation, then I personally would dress "appropriately" for the location of the venue (is it a beach wedding, a marquee in the couple's home, a castle etc), the time of year, and what I feel is appropriate and comfortable.

Enjoy!

Ye I just think it’s 2 warm for a full suit, I usually would wear a full suit. I personally think a trousers shirt and sports jacket is equally nice .

I wish but you’d get the same look for a day at a quarter of the price and after an hour know one is going to be any the wiser

"I wouldn't get married .. never make the same mistake twice "

Getting married isn't for everyone but one mistake people make is they go down the road of " what's for me is for you " ..that itself is the death knell..that's my opinion anyway...

If l was going to a wedding a 3 piece suit..loads of options there , if it's too warm just take off the jacket.

have a great time at it whenever it's on .

In this weather wearing a suit is tuff alright. If they match, I suppose nothing wrong with that.

Personally I've never heard of a dress code, type of thing for a wedding. Maybe there is.

somewhere

Someone suggested a 3 piece and taking off the jacket after the service and wearing the waistcoat over a shirt and tie with the trousers

Roll up the sleeves of the sirt a couple of inches

Pants waistcoat and sporscoats are the in thing at the moment. You can get multiple different uses out of it. Trust me I work in men's retail.
